I love yoga! I teach circus but yoga has followed me through the past 7 years - generally moving makes me happy.I run, I tumble, I love the trampoline and being upside down! This is my journey to lower blood pressure and striving for a bit of inner peace.
Backbend balances. It’s like This: if you keep your back leg parallel to the ground (like first two picsk) the stretch is increased in the lower back and shoulder. If you Lean forward and raise the back leg the stretch becomes more intense in said leg! Bend your standing leg for easier balance! Love and light to you!
