I love yoga! I teach circus but yoga has followed me through the past 7 years - generally moving makes me happy.I run, I tumble, I love the trampoline and being upside down! This is my journey to lower blood pressure and striving for a bit of inner peace.
Day 13 of mayibeginyoga. I had a really bad back injury a couple og years ago which paralyzed me for months - today i am so thankful for mobility!! @liforme @bitsybottom
